White Dahlia
Known as the Queen of the Autumn Garden, dahlias bless us with their spectacular sun-like blossoms beginning in summer and lasting well into fall. They come in a variety of colors, each thought to carry it's own distinct message. The White Dahlia represents purity and innocence, used frequently in wedding ceremonies and baptisms throughout the ages. Dahlias prefer full sunlight and moist soil to grow freely. However, if well tended, they grow happily in the Pacific Northwest.
