Wait! Red Fox? Yes, the red foxes of San Juan Island come in three colors: orange, silver, and black, the latter two known as morphs, and can be found at South Beach, Cattle Point, and American Camp. This curious silver pup walked right up to us near South Beach, which was both thrilling and disheartening, as it signaled domestication of a wild creature, undoubtedly from the countless tourists who visit the area.
