Thundering Nooksack Falls drop 88 feet into a deep river canyon along the North Fork of the Nooksack River. Located just off the Mt. Baker Highway, these falls are easily accessible and incredibly impressive, with spring and winter affording the greatest flow. Visitors may be tempted to disregard the warning signs and circumvent the protective fencing but do so at their own risk; many adventurous souls have lost their lives attempting to get a closer look.
